Doom 64 Ex Download
No, I'm not talking about emulation.. a legitimate port of the N64 version!
Here is a link to the FAQ about the finished project.
https://doom64ex.wordpress.com/faq/
And here is the download.
https://doom64ex.wordpress.com/downloads/
Doom 64 uses all new sprites and features a few new enemies and one new weapon. Its also unique as it feels a bit more like Quake 1 with a gothic lovecraftian feel instead of the more hellish landscapes of the classic Dooms.
I honestly prefer it far more over Final Doom. Final Doom feels a bit like shovelware.. high quality shovelware to be sure but Doom 64 feels like a legitimate sequel to Doom 2.
Also, if you ever wanted to try the PSX version of Doom 1, 2 & Final Doom there are also ports of them for GZDoom! I'd mainly recommend it to big fans, as the PC versions were superior.

One thing the PSX version did have was amazingly atmospheric horror music. You can download and run the PSX music separate of the port itself here.

ZDoom or GZDoom is required. You should be running Doom on a sourceport anyway!

Do you know where to download the IWAD for Doom64? I own the N64 cartridge, but I probably won´t be able to make the IWAD file manually with the program needed.

You need something to rip the ROM from the cartridge, then the wadgen program will do the rest.

Looking for a generated IWAD to download would be basically the same as looking for a ROM to download, and that's not something that we can help you with.

Rip the ROM by oneself seems very time consuming by the links you posted :(

We can't post links to an N64 Doom ROM as it invites piracy (and we can't confirm whether you own the cartridge or not, or that anyone who follows said link owns the cartridge or not). However, if you Google for it you will find it in many places.

The link for the PSX Doom Total Conversion is outdated. The latest version (v2.134) can be found here:

I also made a guide on Steam with all of the links and mirrors to the total conversion:

Though I've only played Doom 3 once on an under-powered PC 6 years ago I have yet to find an iteration of Doom that I didn't like. I'm also a big Wolf3D fan and thoroughly enjoyed AReyeP's Wolfendoom game which serves as a prequel to the events in Doom 1. It has no source code changes which means it will work fine on ECWolf (you'll have to manually load the end/help art files via command line though otherwise you won't get the new storyline screens).
Doom 64 was kinda panned in its day, possibly for being exclusive to a single console but also for the new art style and direction taken thematically. While I personally think the enemy graphics look kinda crappy I really love the dark and serious atmosphere they've created, it comes to life more-so thanks to Aubrey Hodges' brilliant sound design and unsettling dark ambient score. In ways it is like the true Doom 3 to the original DOS classics, though that's subject to opinion.
While only 70-75% accurate or so (the EX port is roughly 90-95% accurate) I do recommend the Doomsday engine Absolution TC from 2003. It features exclusive levels by the same guy who brought you the EX port and has its own specific features courtesy of the engine as well as some new monsters and level changes. Unfortunately the site it's hosted on (doom2.net) is down atm, but the new server should be up sometime soon.
